An energy-saving buffer water tank. The bottom wall of the buffer water tank body is provided with a sewage outlet, a sewage pipe is arranged at the sewage outlet, a sewage valve is installed on the sewage pipe, and a driving device is installed on the lower end of the bottom wall of the buffer water tank body. The output end is connected with a vertically arranged rotating shaft. The upper end of the rotating shaft extends into the inside of the buffer tank body. The rotating shaft is equipped with blades. The bottom of the blades is set against the upper end surface of the bottom wall of the buffer tank body. The blades rotate with the rotating shaft. During the process, the sewage outlet can be completely covered for a period of time; the utility model is provided with a driving device, a rotating shaft and a blade, so that the blade completely covers the sewage outlet when no sewage is discharged, the soft rubber layer under the blade and the bottom wall of the buffer tank body The upper end face of the battery contacts to form a sealed structure. At this time, the sewage pipe is completely isolated from the interior of the buffer water tank body. When impurities settle on the bottom of the buffer water tank body, the sewage outlet and the sewage pipe will not be blocked.
