tank assembled by using HSC series enamel as the base glaze and top
glaze on the δ2-δ5 steel plate. The plates are fired. The

Production Process of Buffer Tank For Air Source Heat Pump
In the actual production process of the enamel liner, many
different defects will occur due to the use of a variety of raw
materials and different production processes. Among them, the most
influential aspects are as follows:
Steel plate is the most important extremely low material for enamel
liners. The quality of the steel plate must be selected according
to the requirements of the forming (deformation, welding, etc.),
enameling process and enameled products. The expansion coefficient
of enamel is 32x10 negative seventh power. The carbon content of
the selected plates is not higher than 0.08%. The presence of
manganese in steel increases the yield limit and strength limit of
the steel, while the elongation performance is reduced. Therefore,
the higher the manganese content, the greater the required
deformation force. For carbon steel, silicon and manganese are also
the residues of deoxidizers during smelting.
Steel plates with a silicon content of less than 0.37% can generally be deep-drawn, but beyond this value, even steels with very low carbon content will become hard and brittle, not suitable for deep-drawing processing, and affect adhesion performance . The presence of sulfides will affect the structure of the steel plate to a large extent and promote the production of streaks, thereby reducing the plasticity and toughness of the cost steel, that is, reducing the cost of deep drawing performance, and bubbles and pores will appear in the ceramic layer. Phosphorus dissolved in the ferrite will significantly reduce the plasticity of the cost steel, but will increase its strength and hardness. The phosphorus content of the steel sheet for deep drawing should be as small as possible. (<0.06%). Titanium added to steel is very beneficial to enamel. Because it can combine with various components in enamel, the adhesion is increased. The inner tank of the water heater is coated at one time (wet flow coating, wet spray enamel, Electrostatic powder spray enameling) titanium steel is an ideal substrate. Aluminum-containing steel can be cast continuously, with less component segregation and inclusions, good cold working ability, and aging resistance. The biggest disadvantage is that it is easy to appear fish scale defects after enamelling and reduce the cost of adhesion strength. The thickness of the plate should be selected as thick as possible to ensure that the inner liner has sufficient thickness. Only by choosing high-quality enamel plates can the enamel quality of the inner tank be guaranteed and the service life of the inner tank can be guaranteed.

Installation and commissioning of prefabricated enamel steel water
tank
The foundation of the prefabricated enameled steel water tank can
be made of concrete strip beams or I-beams. The top of the water
tank is equipped with a breathable air filter device on the

manufacturer according to the size of the inlet. Lajin is used
inside the water tank. All nozzle flanges are 1.0MPa standard
flanges. When arranging the location of the water tank, the
designer should refer to the GB17051-1997 sanitary code for

orientation of the water tank are not suitable for actual use, the
designer shall propose and determine it according to actual needs.
The production process of the combined enamel steel water tank:
Q235 carbon steel plate shear trigger cutting -> first
continuous die workpiece convex round (square) stretching ->
shear trigger cut all four sides -> punch down four corners
-> second continuous die The workpiece is flanged and formed
-> four corner welding -> punching -> sandblasting and
rust removal -> enamel -> sintering -> the overall
assembly is completed.

sintered at high temperature to form a dense glaze layer on the
surface of the water tank, which penetrates between the ions at the
interface of the steel plate, and mixes to form a diffusion layer
with a thickness of about 200-300 microns. The adhesion strength of
the enamel surface is improved. The porcelain surface is smooth,
easy to clean, and corrosion-resistant. The steel plate assembly
structure is not easy to deform, has strong shock resistance and
high impact resistance. Through long-term and extensive use, it
shows good results and is well received by users.
The enamel steel water tank is made of high-quality plates, made
into a single plate of different specifications (1m × lm, lm ×
0.5m, 0.5m × 0.5m), and then assembled. The relevant parameters of

Building Water Supply and Drainage" (GBJ15-88), and the sanitary

Installation and commissioning

1. When installing, leave a maintenance space of no less than 800mm
between the box and the wall, and the top and bottom of the box
should not be less than 500mm.
2. Make concrete braces first during civil construction, (the
braces need to be horizontal) the edge joints between the water
tank and the standard blocks at the bottom of the tank should be
located on the braces.
3. After the assembly is completed, close the outlet pipe and the
drain pipe, open the inlet pipe, and check while draining the water
until the water tank is full and there is no leakage before it can
be delivered to Party A for use after 24 hours.
debugging
The foundation of the enamel water tank can be made of concrete

a ventilated air filter device on the diagonal. The specification
and quantity are determined by the manufacturer according to the
size of the inlet. Tendons are used inside the water tank. All
nozzle flanges are 1.0MPa standard flanges. When arranging the

GB17051-1997 secondary water supply facility and sanitation code.
Noteedit
1. The diameter and position of the inlet pipe, outlet pipe and
overflow pipe of the water tank are determined by design;
2. There should be no less than 600mm channels around the water
tank, and no less than 500mm at the bottom and top of the tank;
3. When installing, the connection gap between the bottom of the
box and the standard speed of the box should be located on the
support;
4. Water injection test: close the water outlet pipe and drain
pipe, open the water inlet pipe, fill it up, and no water seepage
for 24 hours is qualified;
The water tank is full of water, and there is no leakage in 24
hours;
Whether there is water leakage at the pipe connection, valve and
related accessories;
Observe whether the water supply system is operating normally;
