designed to convert low-grade waste heat into high-value,
high-temperature energy. Product specifications indicate that the
unit can supply hot water or steam at temperatures ranging from
100°C to 150°C, with steam temperatures capable of reaching 180°C
through steam boosting technology. Suitable for industries such as
battery manufacturing, food processing, brewing, and Traditional
Chinese Medicine (TCM), the unit supports flexible installation

The unit generates high-temperature hot water or steam (100–150°C)
on the user side. It can be configured to produce either hot water

The unit utilizes proprietary ultra-high-temperature steam
compression heat pump technology developed by Shenling,

into high-grade thermal energy. With a Coefficient of Performance
(COP) ranging from 2.0 to 4.0 W/W—far exceeding that of electric or
gas boilers—the unit delivers significant energy-saving benefits.

The unit accommodates inlet temperatures of 60–110°C on the waste
heat recovery side, offering a broad operating range and strong
adaptability to various waste heat environments.

The unit features an integrated design that incorporates a built-in
steam generator and feedwater pump. It supports a wide operating
range, with waste heat recovery inlet temperatures of 60–110°C,
ensuring strong adaptability to diverse waste heat environments.
Operation requires only the connection of the heat source water
inlet and outlet pipes, steam piping, and feedwater piping. The
unit features a compact design and offers flexible installation and
usage, significantly saving installation space.
6. High-Efficiency Oil Cooling Technology
The unit employs high-efficiency oil cooling technology to cool the
lubricating oil, ensuring stable and reliable compressor operation
while minimizing thermal energy loss, thereby achieving safety,
reliability, and superior efficiency.
