The basic operating principle of the cascaded high temperature air
source heat pump unit is based on the reverse
Carnot cycle principle. The working fluid system is divided into a
low temperature level circulation system and
a high temperature level circulation system. The low-pressure gas
is compressed into a medium-temperature and
medium-pressure gas by the low-temperature stage compressor, and
enters the intermediate heat exchanger to
condense into a liquid state to release heat. The liquid working
medium is decompressed and expanded by the
expansion valve and then returns to the fin In the heat exchanger,
the evaporation heat is absorbed again to
complete a low temperature cycle; at the same time, the liquid
working medium of the high temperature machine
absorbs the heat transmitted by the low temperature stage in the
intermediate heat exchanger and evaporates
into a medium temperature and low pressure gas, and the low
pressure gas is compressed by the low pressure
stage compressor. The medium-temperature and medium-pressure gas is
compressed into a high-temperature and
high-pressure gas by a high-temperature compressor, which is
condensed into a liquid state in a heat exchanger
to release heat to produce high-temperature hot water. In the
intermediate heat exchanger, the evaporation heat
is absorbed again to complete a low temperature cycle; through the
reciprocating cycle, the effect of producing
high temperature hot water at a low temperature ambient temperature
is achieved
